1. HALF PRICE CONSULTATIONS ON OWNER OCCUPIED PROPERTIES FOR REAL ESTATE AGENTS
A consultation to prepare an owner occupier’s property will be half our normal fee. A consultation is usually approximately 1-2 hours, with room by room recommendations made, and with a full written report emailed or faxed to your client. This report will inform your client of all the things they can do themselves to maximise the appeal of their property, and will also include a quote for any additional furniture, soft furnishings or decorator items that we could supply to enhance their existing décor.
Many of the agents we currently work with, who offer free stylist consultations as part of their service to clients, find that this often helps them to achieve more listings.
As you can see from our references we have been successfully styling and furnishing properties for over 10 years, and are committed to excellent service, rapid turnaround when necessary, styling and furnishing properties in keeping with the era and style of the property and reasonable rates.
You may already have stylists that you use – we would like to become one of them. Please consider giving us the opportunity to quote on your next vacant or owner occupied property and show you what we can do. A fresh approach is always good where real estate is concerned!
2. FREE QUOTATIONS FOR FURNISHING AND DECORATING VACANT PROPERTIES
YourHomeWorks will visit your client’s vacant property and decide on the most appropriate furnishing style, taking into account the architectural period, colour schemes, room sizes, location of doorways and the accessibility during inspection times. We will then email or fax a full written quote to you or your client. We are also able to quote accurately from a floor plan prior to viewing the property.
3. FREE ARTWORKS, DECORATOR ITEMS AND ACCESSORIES FOR ALL QUOTATIONS ON VACANT PROPERTIES
This will be a saving to you or your clients of between $1,000 - $2,000, depending on the size of the property and the number of rooms furnished.
